Account Suspension, Termination & Liability Disclaimer (Full ToS Clause)
- 1. No Liability for Suspension or Termination
- The Platform shall not be held liable for any suspension, restriction, deactivation, limitation, or termination of a User’s account by any third-party service provider, authority, or governing entity. Such actions are solely governed by the respective provider’s internal policies, security requirements, or compliance guidelines.
- 2. User Responsibility & Compliance
- The User acknowledges that any suspension or termination resulting from misuse, policy violation, suspicious behavior, breach of guidelines, or non-compliance shall be the sole responsibility of the User. The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and terms of service of any third-party system they access.
- 3. No Guarantee of Restoration
- The Platform does not guarantee reinstatement, reactivation, retrieval of data, or restoration of any suspended or terminated account. All decisions made by the respective service provider shall be considered final and binding.
- 4. No Refund, Compensation or Damages
- Under no circumstances shall the Platform be required to issue refunds, credits, compensation, financial reimbursement, or damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) due to account suspension, termination, or loss of access.
- 5. No Support Obligation for Suspended Accounts
- The Platform shall not be obligated to provide assistance, technical support, mediation, representation, or dispute resolution in matters related to an account suspension or termination by any third-party authority.
- 6. No Legal Claims Against the Platform
- The User expressly waives any right to initiate legal action, claim, demand, dispute, or proceeding against the Platform in connection with account suspension, termination, or related consequences. The Platform shall remain fully indemnified against any such attempt.
- 7. Independent Decisions of Service Providers
- The User understands that verification, approval, review, suspension, and termination are independent decisions of the respective service provider. The Platform has no control, influence, or authority over such decisions and shall not be compelled to intervene.
- 8. Indemnification Clause
- The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Platform, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any losses, liabilities, penalties, disputes, legal fees, or claims arising from the User’s actions, violations, or misconduct.

The majority of services are available immediately. There are very few services that can take more than 24 hours to arrive. Please contact support if you don't receive your service on time. We are available 24 hours a day to assist you.
No questions asked, if you are unhappy with our products or services, and still have a balance on the account, we will honor your request for a full refund. Contact our support team to request a refund.
Payments authorized by Stripe or PayPal can be cancelled only by the client. To cancel your membership or discontinue using our products, log into your PayPal account and cancel the authorization. Instructions for PayPal can be found here. You will need to contact us for payments via Stripe.
You should not use multiple servers at once for the same page. In this case, we cannot provide the correct number of followers/likes. These orders will not be refunded. Attention!
Refill & Partial Refund Policy
In case we are unable to provide a refill for your order, we will issue a partial refund based on the number of drops that occurred.
The refund amount will be calculated according to the current count of the service at the time of review. This ensures that you are compensated fairly for the portion of the service that was not delivered.
Please note that partial refunds are only applicable when refills cannot be completed due to technical limitations or service unavailability.
